About the Project
I was the Principal Programmer for HIA Studio, taking over the backend work from the original development team. HIA Studio enables clinicians to build and manage their own conversational digital agents for patient education. The system is designed for scalability, flexibility, and compliance, allowing users to configure topics, responses, and behavior of the AI agents. I developed and maintainerd the backend infrastructure for managing presentations, AI topics, agents, and analytics, and occasionally contributed to frontend development as well.
